933 Lambs averaged 243.4p per kg, (-30p on the week) £102 per head and sold to £137 for Texel Lambs

Top price 267p per kg for Beltex Lambs.

367 Cast Sheep averaged £95.52, and sold to £155 for Beltex Ewes

Heavy Ewes averaged £117, light ewes sold to £105 for North Country Cheviot Ewes, and averaged £74.50

Special mention must go to the Limousin.x Heifer that was donated to The Borders General Hospital which topped the sale at 266p per kilo (£1846) and was bought by a great supporter of the prime market, Briggsys Butchers, Jedburgh.
