On Wednesday 25th March 2026 Harrison & Hetherington held their weekly sale of 420 store cattle. A slightly increased entry of cattle were forward this week which sold to a much improved trade throughout , as green shoots have started to appear both in the fields and the prime prices the mood ringside ensured a free flowing trade throughout higher averages and some stand out highs, hitting double tops this week topping both the bullocks and heifers was BT Kitson, South Side who hit £3000 for bullocks and £2900 for heifers , with their run of 33 fantastic cattle averaging a magnificent £2637.58
