Borderway Weaned Cattle Sale

The weekly sale of weaned cattle took place in Borderway in ring 4, with a good show of 190 weaners with extra buyers coming forward to ensure that all classes being a flying trade.

Messrs Dale-Sunley run of outstanding bulls topped at £2210 and £2160 for Limousin bulls.  Messrs Cowx, Hudscales sold a Limousin bull for £2180.  Mark Batty and Zoe Hall run of Limousin x bulls topped at £2180 and £2160.  Messrs Burrow, Lodges Farm run of 11 month old British Blue cross heifers topped at £2000.
