Borderway Calf Sale

On Wednesday 24th June Harrison and Hetherington held their weekly sale of 232 calves.  A smaller show was forward due to the warm weather and a drive for field work.  Topping today was a cracking Charolais bull for Messrs Brough, Langfauld at £950.  Messrs Reed, Moss Side sold a strong Blue bull for £940.  Messrs Gillespie, High Ploughlands sold a great run of Charolais bulls and heifers to £910, £870x2 and £840.  Messrs Howie, Well House sold Limousin bulls to £880.   Coopon Carse Farms sold to £860.
