Borderway Calf Sale

On Wednesday 29^th July Harrison and Hetherington held their weekly sale of calves with 338 forward.  All calves still a nice trade from the very youngest up to those stronger calves.  Topping the trade today was Coopon Carse with a good British Blue bull calf at £1000.  Coopon Carse also topped the Aberdeen Angus section with a strong bull at £990.  Charolais’s topped at £840 from Messrs Ogden, Pears Ghyll.

Heifers topped at £920 for a British Blue heifer from Messrs Shepherd, Crownstone.  Inra 95 section topped at £900 from Messrs Bailey, Bottom House Farm.  Limousin heifers sold with a calf at £860 from Messrs Morris, Greengatehouse.
