On Thursday 5^th November the sale of store lambs took place in Lazonby. An overall sale average of £93 was achieved with over 50% of the sale being horned Lambs. The sale peaked with Texel lambs topping at £145 from Messrs Elliott, Alston. Beltex lambs topped at £141 for a pen of 7 from James Raine, Randleholme  the same home sold 8 to £138. Suffolk lambs topped at £129 from Messrs Kendall, Carlisle. Mules topped at £104 for 25 from Messrs Raine Randleholme. Swaledales topped at £76 from Messrs Brown, Brownhall for a pen of 17. An extra sale has been placed on Thursday 19^th November which includes a Christmas show.
