Borderway Store and Breeding Sheep Sale

At Borderway Mart on Monday 12^th February, Harrison & Hetherington held their weekly sale of store lambs with 347 head forward.

Yet another cracking trade for all types of store sheep were met this week at Borderway. Topping the day’s trade was a Texel hogg from M/s Todd, Southernby Hall gaining £76.50 per head. M/s Carruthers, Grassgarth, Wigton consigned some tremendous Texel amnd Beltex sheep topping at £76, £74 & £73. All classes of store sheep are in high demand due to the continuous drive from the prime market.
