Borderway Crop Sale

On Monday 4^th March Harrison & Hetherington held their weekly sale of crop.

Wheat Straw – Mini hestons sold to £96, £95, £90 and £75 per tonne, and to £19 per bale, with round bales to £18 per bale.

Barley Straw – Mini hestons sold to £88 per tonne, and round bales sold to £25 and £23 per bale.

Hay – Mini hestons sold to £82 per tonne, and to £16 per bale.

Haylage – Round bales sold to £38 and £24 per bale, and mini hestons to £18 per bale.

Silage – Round bales sold to £28 per bale.
