Hereford Cattle Society Autumn Show & Sale

Heading up the Hereford Society's annual autumn show and sale held at Carlisle was the 1^st prize bull and Overall Champion Normanton 1 Rampant from TD & WT Livesey’s Leicestershire based herd. Rampant, a September 2017 born bull, was sired by Normanton 1 Laertes and out of Normanton 1 Fistulina 6^th. He was purchased for 2000gns by Messrs Purdie from Rankinston, Ayrshire.

In the female section D & KM Dickinson’s Mallowburn herd sold two heifers for 820gns and 800gns. Both these were sired by Richmount 1 Hermes out of homebred dams and both were purchased by Messrs Parkin from Maryport.
