Newark Autumn Limousin Sale

The Autumn Limousin Sale held by Harrison & Hetherington at Newark Livestock Market saw a top price of 3000gns achieved. This was for a January 2018 born bull from HD, PJ & BP Cranfield. Copylawn Omley was sired by Lodge Hamlet and out of Confluence Lucia, he was purchased by Messrs Taylor from Horncastle, Lincolnshire.

Ian Brown’s Lowgate Oddjob sold for 2800gns, this bull is a son of Goldies Landscape and out of Lowgate Flossy. The successful purchaser was Messrs Bacon from Kings Lynn, Norfolk.

Topping the females at 2750gns was a cow and calf unit from DR & RL Burns. This 2011 born cow, Teviothead Gorgeous, was sired by Millington Victorious sold for 1500gns to Messrs Pearson from Brandford and her pure-bred calf at foot sired by Dinmore Jawk went to Messrs Bartle & Cormack, Hereford for 1250gns.

At 2100gns was the heifer Wilodge Ohnics, she was sired by the Wilodge herd’s stock bull Graham Lorenzo and out of the Mereside Godolphin sired Wilodge Laceynics.
