Borderway Weekly Sale of Calves

On Wednesday 22^nd January Harrison & Hetherington Limited held their weekly sale of calves with an entry of 286 forward.  Topping todays sale at £495 were from Messrs Hogg, Whitehead Hill with a pair of outstanding Aberdeen Angus bulls with the rest of his consignment of 6 calves averaging £465.  Strong well reared calves continue to sell exceptionally well and Black and whites also saw another strong trade.  More could be sold to vendors advantage.
