Borderway Weekly Calf Sale

On Wednesday 9th December Harrison & Hetherington held its weekly sale of calves with an entry of 220 forward.  Once again trade was on fire for all classes of calves.  Topping todays sale at £520 was a British Blue heifer from Mr George Rome, Nivenhill, Gretna.  Bulls topped at £500 for a cracking Limousin bull from Messrs Livingstone, Kirtlevale, Gretna.  Young bull calves sold to exceptional rates for all breeds.  Many more can be sold to vendor’s advantage.
