St Boswells Mart Christmas Show and Sale

Harrison & Hetherington is gearing up for its annual Christmas Cracker show and primestock sale at Newtown St Boswells Auction Mart on Monday 6th December. This year’s sale includes in the region of 50 pairs of lambs. Judging the sheep classes is Ryan Briggs of Briggsy’s Butchers in Jedburgh who is a regular buyer.

David Pritchard Reflects on Five Decades in Auctioneering

Celebrating nearly 49 years in the livestock and auctioneering industry, and almost 45 years at Harrison & Hetherington, David Pritchard left the business at the end of June this year. Born and brought up on a hill farm in Herefordshire, David has worked in the auctioneering industry all of his life.
